Problems with the accessories
The Ecosapin decoration kits contain everything you need (balls, hooks, and garlands) to decorate a tree up to 2 meters tall.
The installation of the decorations is not included in the price.
Contact us quickly
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the accessories, by sending us photos of the damaged items. This will help us assess the situation and find an appropriate solution.
Possible solutions
Once we have reviewed your request, we will propose a solution. This may include sending the missing items, replacing the entire kit, or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
The watering spout sold on our site keeps the soil moist during an absence of up to 3 to 4 days.
This is to be mounted on a standard PET bottle which has a small hole made in the bottom to facilitate the flow of water.
Pot covers and decoration kit
If you have selected a tree pickup, these two accessories are then rented at a preferential price and will be taken back with the tree.
If the return is not selected, the equipment is then sold to you.
The price adjusts itself at the time of the order, depending on the option selected for the return.
Krinner feet
The reusable stands for cut Christmas trees (Krinner stands) are sold. Therefore, they will not be taken back, even with a return of the tree.
Other accessories
All other accessories offered on our site are for sale and therefore are not taken back.
